When your images are ready, we’ll meet for your Image Reveal & Ordering Session—one of the most exciting parts of the process!

I’ll guide you through your images and help you choose your favorites, as well as design artwork that fits your home and style. Many families love creating heirloom albums or wall art so they can enjoy these memories every day.

Each session includes up to 2 hours of shooting time, 2 locations, and multiple outfit changes to create a variety of looks that feel natural and true to your senior’s personality. You’re welcome to bring additional outfit options, and we’ll choose what works best together.

A $300 session retainer secures your date and includes planning and your photo session.

After your session, you’ll choose your favorite images and how you’d like to enjoy them during your ordering appointment, where I’ll guide you through the process.

Most seniors invest between $1000–$2500 depending on how they choose to enjoy their images.

If you’re looking for even more variety, additional time and locations can be added to create something fully customized.

should i get my hair and make up done professionally?

how do i know what to wear?

Inside the Senior Planning Guide you'll find lots of tips on what to wear, what to avoid, places to shop, etc.  I also offer wardrobe assistance if you're interested - a quick text or phone call to help if you're unsure of the outfits you've picked.  I'll always give my honest opinion.

I highly recommend professional hair and make-up for a fun and stress free day.  It's also nice to know you are camera ready when your make up is professionally done.  If you are interested in adding hair and make-up, I recommend the ladies at Dali Bliss Salon in Decatur.  

Great question!  June-November or March-April is when I typically photograph seniors.  A couple of things to consider are the type of clothes you like to wear, the weather, type of scenery (fresh spring flowers, golden summer sunsets, warm tones of fall) and your schedule.  Book your session in your off-season if you play sports or have a busy extracurricular schedule.  

After booking your session you'll receive my 25 page Planning Guide with some of my favorite spots to photograph.  Locations are a personal preference and can also be determined by your hobbies.  

For outdoor sessions, I typically photograph 1-3 hours before sunset.  

The pre-consultation is generally 1-2 weeks before your session.  This is where we will work out every little detail so your session is perfect in every way!

Most of my time is spent behind the computer perfecting your images and creating the "wow factor."  Retouching includes adding depth, boosting color, bringing out your eyes, clearing up pesky blemishes, removing background distractions, etc.  I strive for a clean editing style and professional quality in all of your final images, paying careful attention to not overdo it!
